Production FAQ

Can a change be made to my island once it starts production?

It depends on the change needed and how far along your island is in production. If you would like to make a change, you should contact us directly at 877-882-2723 and your dedicated client service representative will be able to assist you. If you are able to make a change, you will be provided a 'Change Order' (fees may apply). 

Can I come inspect my island while in production?

Absolutely, please call and your client service rep will be able to schedule a time for you to come by. Please note, all production is done at the Gibson Location (1325 E. Gibson Ln. Phx, AZ 85034) Please refer to the 'Production Stages' slide show below to get a better understanding of the stages and what to expect. 

Can I change my delivery date?

Of course, please contact us and we will work with your schedule to ensure you get the best date for your schedule (fees may apply)

Does the island need to be paid in full prior to delivery?

Yes, we are unable to release a BBQ Island from our warehouse until the balance has been paid. The balance must be paid in full at least a week prior to delivery, but your client service rep will be contacting you throughout the process to remind you. If the balance is not paid prior to your delivery date, your delivery date will be cancelled and you will charged a 'redelivery fee'.
